Once an order is placed, we are unable to substitute items on an order. Generally the easiest way for us to make a change to an order is to cancel the incorrect one and for you to insert a new one. If you need us to cancel an order, please email us at custsvc@packetflux.com with the order number.
Shipping and Backorders
Orders are shipped as product is available. If stock is available, the order will typically ship within 2 business days of the day that the order is inserted.
For backordered items, stock is allocated when payment is made. For web orders, this means your credit card will be charged in full at the time of ordering, even if stock is not available. This payment constitutes a deposit and guarantees your place in line as stock does become available. For customers paying by check, we do not reserve inventory until your check clears our bank. We fill orders in a strict as-payment-was-received order.
Net Terms
We do not offer net terms. All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped. Sorry, there are no exceptions to this policy. We have had too many issues with companies who do not pay who have ruined it for everyone.
Warranty and returns
All PacketFlux products are warranted for a minimum period of 1 Year from the shipment date. Currently, we are not checking the shipment date for warranty returns (meaning we will repair or replace any item we have shipped since day one). This is so that we can improve our product to eliminate any common failure causes.
Non-warranty returns are accepted of products in new condition within 30 days of shipment.
All Returns Require Prior Authorization. Please send an email to custsvc@packetflux.com containing information about your return. Please include which product(s) you are returning, their serial number (if applicable) and the reason for the return. Also include your contact information including shipping address. Please include "Packetflux RMA" in the subject line to help us sort the email on this end.
We will review the RMA request. Unless we have some additional questions, we will either reply with a RMA number and return instructions or will advance ship you a replacement product. In addition, customers in the United States and select other countries will receive a UPS return label which can be used to return your items.
