This is nominally a 29.5V, 2A power supply (the exact rating may change depending on our sources) which can be used to power a SyncInjector for the Canopy 100 series radios.
It can also be used as the main power supply for a fairly sizeable SiteMonitor chain.
These are currently shipping with a 2.1x5.5 Jack connected on them. If you need wire leads, let us know and we'll include an appropriate adapter.
