This is a din-rail or wall mountable current shunt for the SiteMonitor and other products which need a 100mV shunt.
This particular shunt will produce an output voltage of 100mV at the output terminals when a current of 0.5 (1/2) Amp is passed through the input terminals. This unit is actually capable of reading currents in excess of 1/2 Amp as well. With a SiteMonitor, which has a maximum input range of approximately 150mV, you should be able to read up to +-0.75A with this shunt.
For customers using this unit with a SiteMonitor, you will need to multiply the shunt reading by 0.5 (or divide by 2) to get hundredths of Amps.
